Ankara (in Turkish: Ankara) is the capital of Turkey and the second largest city after Istanbul. In 2007 the population of the city of Ankara suburbs 3,901,201 people. And thus the forty-fifth place worldwide in terms of population. Ankara is located in central Anatolia in central Turkey and the average height above sea level of 938 m. [2] In addition to commercial and industrial importance, is the Ankara headquarters of the headquarters of the Turkish government and foreign embassies.
